What is our printing model?

We use a print-on-demand and drop shipping model that allows us to create and sell custom products as they are ordered reducing fashion waste.

Does Cassidy design the collections?

Yes, Cassidy is very hands-on with everything that we do. Every design is either her own words or design from start to finish.

What is the delivery time for products outside of the capsule collection?

For products that are not part of the capsule collection, the delivery time is approximately 5 to 14 days. This includes the production time and shipping time.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

If there are any issues with your order, such as damaged items or incorrect sizing, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you in resolving the problem.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Every order is made specifically for you. However, if you notice an error in your order details, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

What is your delivery time for the capsule collection?

Our capsule collection ships directly and will ship 3 business days after your order is received.

When will my preorder ship?

Your preorder will ship within 30 days of placing your order.

Do you sell hair products?

Yes, we handcraft hair and body oils that we are very proud of. Our oil can be used as a pre-poo, oil treatment, scalp oil, or even added to your favorite routine.
